Transmilenio and SITP public transport buses of Bogota bought 596 100% electric buses from china manufacturer BYD to change the buses that operate in the areas of Fontibon, Usme and Perdomo in the city of Bogota. This buses can charge in 4 hours and can travel 270 kilometers per charge, incloude wifi, and safety measures for the passanger and the driver inclouding micro sleep control if it happens during operation.
